Cooking is one of the most creative, fulfilling, and passionate things you can do. Whenever you prepare a meal for your family, friends, or loved ones you are giving each of them a little piece of your soul. One of my favorite things to do is take a traditional hearty comfort food and make it into a healthy wholefood filled creation. The cornerstone of every dish is seasonings. Spices can turn an ordinary dish into a masterpiece. Just as essential adding as many appropriate vegetables to every meal adds color, taste, and most importantly nutrition. Please join me on this allrecipes cooking adventure of figuring it out, making it happen, and blowing them away!

I wish I had your confidence in cooking. The only thing I don't understand is proper seasoning. Wish I had a better guide.

About Me
My favorite things to cook
I love cooking traditional foods with a very healthy and flavorful twist. I put as many vegetables as possible in each dish that I prepare. Whole foods are very important to a healthy lifestyle.
My cooking triumphs
I love conquering new genres of food. For example Indian food. I love it, and had to watch many videos to get a grasp on how to cook it on my own without a recipe. I love to cook Cajun and Mexican food, We live in southeast Texas and both are abundant here.
My cooking tragedies
Anything that does not come out perfect is a tragedy to me.
