Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Amazing recipe. Pretty easy and fast. Additional tips: (1) Have fun mashing the mixture with your hands, which will warm it up and make it easier to spread on the fish. (2) Watch the fish under the broiler because it's easy to overcook it. If the fish is very close to the element, two minutes tops each side before adding the topping. (3) Not too much mayonnaise or it will come out too sour. (4) Don't take it out of the broiler until the topping has a nice golden color with some brown spots.
