Herb Roasted Pork

This is a simple, fabulous recipe. The glaze on this roast is so delicious; I will make batches of the sauce to grill chicken, ribs, anything. My sons raved about it. Thanks!

Caramel Shortbread Squares

These are amazing! I don't know what the issue was for everyone else--mine were not too crumbly and the layers set up beautifully. They are very rich & decadent. I will definitely add them to my holiday baking favorites. Thank you!

Five Minute Ice Cream

OHHHH MYYYYY GOODNESS!! This is absolutely delicious! I used a 16 oz bag of frozen unsweetened peaches, subbed Splenda for the sugar and fat free half & half for the cream! I froze it for 90 mins., I think the half & half made it a little softer than the heavy cream would have. These alterations make it a very low cal/fat recipe with wonderful rich results. My sons were amazed & asked me to make it again tomorrow. Thank you soooo much!!!

Garlic Cheddar Chicken

I made this for dinner last night, my sons ages 15 & 7 loved it. I liked it a lot too. Definitely dredge the chicken in seasoned flour before the garlic butter mix to get the crumbs to stay on. Quick & tasty. I also served zucchini "crab" cakes & steamed rice. Thanks for this recipe.

Warm Sweet Onion Spread

Surprising addicting! Delicious on miniature slices of pumpernickel bread. We also like spreading it on warmed pita or as a homemade pizza topping.

Roasted Red Pepper-Cheese Spread

This is SO good! I made it for my bestfriend's 40ieth birthday party & the ladies could not get enough! I did make 2 changes: I addeed a clove of minced garlic & used whipped cream cheese instead of mayo simply bcz I am not a mayo fan. This is best make a day or 2 even in advance. Thanks for this delicious and different recipe!

Artichoke and Crabmeat Triangles
