This was pretty good for my first time making lasagna at home. I did, however, take the advice of other members and tweek it a little bit. I added 1/2 lb. of italian sausage with the beef mixture, used Vodka sauce with the Prego sauce, added a little hot sauce and fresh garlic. Also, I used Barilla no-boil noodles which worked wonderfully. I also mixed ricotta and cottage cheese to equal 16 oz, and next time will double that (I like lots of cheese). My boyfriend loved it, and I can't wait to try it again. (Made great leftovers, too.) Thanks, Bob!
