Bacon Chicken and Dumplings
Corn in chicken and dumplings?? I was skeptical, but tried it anyway...actually very good! I added a little celery and carrot to the veggies, and used half/half and milk instead of all half/half. My husband and I really liked it, even though it is more like a stew than the chicken and dumplings we're used to. The flavor is great, and it's very filling. Thanks, Rebecca, for sharing this recipe - we will certainly try it again!
