The Best Doggy Biscuits!
My lab loves these! I added some ground-up sausage patties that were left over from breakfast and used the sausage drippings as part of the oil. I also didn't add the salt since we were putting in sausage. I like this recipe because you could really add anything to it - and you don't have to roll it out and use cookie cutters.

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce
Wow! This was fantastic. I usually steam asparagus but I will always bake it this way from now on. It was tender, not stringy at all, and the sauce is divine. I made this with Marinated Tuna Steaks from this site and mashed potatoes, and they matched perfectly. (The sauce was also good on the fish and potatoes!)

Marinated Tuna Steak
This was my first time cooking tuna steaks and even though I over-cooked it a little bit, I thought the flavor of this was excellent (I'm not a big fish eater) and my husband (who loves fish) agreed. I made it on the Foreman grill and it was simple and fast.
