Superb! The only changes I made were that I used butterscotch chips instead of white chocolate, I doubled the amount of Maple extract, and, instead of pressing the walnuts into the top, I just added a 1.5 cup package of walnuts to the mix. Perfect! The best fudge I've ever made!!!

Easy Key Lime Pie I

I've made this recipe around 5 times already for several summer parties. It couldn't be easier. I did, however, have difficulty filling the crust with the given amounts. I used 7 eggs, 1.5 cans of sweetened condensed milk, and 3/4 cup of the Key Lime Juice. I also added 4 drops of green food coloring for appearance. It has been devoured each time - fantastic recipe! Easily one of my favorite!

Peanut Butter Fingers II

This is one of the few recipes I actually took the time to bookmark. I add a few more chocolate chips to the top, but the rest is perfect! One of the most popular desserts I make!
