Sugar Cookie Frosting

I had tried another recipe for sugar cookie frosting prior to this one, and it came out much too sweet. This one was perfect! Easy to make (I halved the recipe because I had a small batch of cookies left), soft enough to spread easily, and stiffened up without getting hard. I will DEFINITELY be using this one again.

Chocolate Fudge Buttercream Frosting

This icing came out amazing! Instead of hot fudge topping, I used plain old Hershey's chocolate syrup (slightly less than the full cup... maybe 3/4 cup) and it tastes delicious. The frosting is light and creamy and sweet but not overly sweet. I will definitely be using this recipe again! Thanks for sharing.

Mexican Chocolate Cake

I read through several of the other reviews and took a few tips from them (coffee instead of water, extra cinnamon) and I cut down the vegetable oil (1/3 cup instead of 1/2) and the cake came out moist and delicious. I didn't have any trouble with getting it out of the pan, the way some other reviewers mentioned. I would definitely make this cake again. Though it was not "chocolatey" enough for my husband (I tried explaining that was on purpose but he didn't seem to get it) I really like the flavor!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

These came out really great. I added a tsp of cinnamon, because I looove cinnamon, and it added a nice subtle undertone to the flavor that I'm really enjoying. But a great, easy recipe. Thanks for sharing!

Best Ever Pie Crust

So, this was my first time baking, almost ever. (I made some cookies a few days ago, and that's it, in my entire life, aside from home ec class). But since I had the time, ingredients, and cooking space (as well as a couple cans of pie filling just laying around), I decided to give this recipe a try. I followed the directions exactly as the recipe calls for and the crust came out perfect! Flaky, golden, and delicious! Thanks so much for sharing.
