Authentic French Meringues

This recipe turned out beautifully, and helped me regain my faith in meringues! I added 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar because I've had bad meringue experiences in the past and feared the worst. But even on a rainy day, the ingredients and technique of this recipe turned out absolutely perfect - light, fluffy, barely any cracks. With a wooden spoon in the door, they still barely needed to bake for two hours before being cooked all the way through.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III

I saw this recipe and thought "There are a few reviews saying these are 'too cake-like', so why not turn them into muffins?" Instead of a spoonful on a cookie sheet, I roughly doubled the amount, halfway filling greased muffin tins or ungreased cupcake papers, and baked for around 14 minutes. Incredibly moist and fluffy, whether you keep them as cookies or convert them into cupcakes, and definitely a keeper!
