I made this for a work potluck and it absolutely stole the show. It was gone within 10 minutes, and at least a dozen of my coworkers personally complimented me or asked for the recipe. However, I agree with other reviewers that the original recipe makes for a very thick, heavy dip, so my only modification was to add some chicken stock (about 1/2 cup) to thin it out a bit. Still, this dish is really flavorful and delicious. I will definitely make it again!
