Campbell's® Healthy Request® Chicken and Pasta Primavera

Pretty good. I made a few changes as it seemed a bit plain. I cooked my chicken in a pan with some pepper and fresh garlic. I also used 10% cream instead of milk for the sauce. Added more pepper to the sauce itself and waited for it to thicken/heat before adding my vegetables. I added peas and sliced red/green peppers as well as the mixed veggies. Really good, and super easy. It definitely needed salt though.

Sugarless Pumpkin Pie II

Just made this. Quite possibly better than normal pumpkin pie. I did have to almost double the baking time but it came out perfectly. Made with a Keebler Ready Made graham crust, but next time I'll use my own recipe and see if it comes out just as good. And there's absolutely no discernible aftertaste.

Morning Glory Muffins I

This is my absolute favourite muffin recipe. I usually use 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 cup whole wheat. I also usually add another apple to the recipe. And like the other reviews said, I used applesauce instead of apple butter.

Janine's Best Banana Bread

I made this for the first time a couple of days ago. I don't have a bread pan so I made muffins instead. Next time I'll definitely use a bread pan because I kept going back for more. I cut the sugar back to about 3/4 cup. I always cut the sugar back in muffin recipes. I'd probably lower the temperature next time because I found that the bottom of the muffins tastes almost burnt. I'll definitely be making this again.

Italian Dressing Mix

I was so happy when I found this recipe. I make it fairly often. The only changes I make are using canola oil instead of olive as I'm allergic, and celery seed instead of celery salt. I tried toning down the salt as some of the reviews have said but I didn't find it tasted enough like Italian dressing. I'm interested in how it would be as a marinade, though.
