Chicken Parmesan

This recipe was so good! I am just starting to learn how to cook and this recipe was very easy to follow, had very exact proportions and was not very difficult. A little messy on your first try, but this is perfect if you need to cook a bigger meal because you can prepare almost everything ahead of time. I could never find shredded provolone, so I had the circular ones and chopped them up everything and it still tastes wonderful. I also couldn't really use fresh basil or fresh mozzarella every time, and it was never an issue. This dish is also good to eat as leftovers, it doesn't have any weird taste after being in the fridge for an hour or two and it a great lunch for work or late night snack. I personally prefer the chicken to be thickly coated with the Hunt's tomato sauce so I use a little bit more, but that's a personal choice. I feel like this recipe is hard to mess up and has a large margin for error if you don't have you proportions exactly correct. Love Chef John!
