Blue Berry Grands

For my first blog I thought I'd share a little something I tried this weekend. My wife does not like butter on her Grand biscuits so we had some blueberries in the frig and I thought if I poked my grand biscuits with blueberries it might help the plain
biscuit thing. And wow, I was surprised how good they came out. Once I took the can of biscuits out of the frig, I laid them out on my stone and let them soften up a bit before placing in the oven. Then I poked 5 or 6 firm blueberries in each one and baked
them like that. Baked the biscuits the same time that the can said to bake. What a treat. A home run with the wife.
