Buttery Corn Bread
Fabulous! Easy, tasted awesome! First I've ever made corn bread, and it was so, so good, even my daughter (who never eats anything) was eating it!
I used 2 & 1/3 c of corn flour and 1 c of flour-- no cornmeal and it was perfect.
