Delicious! I love having this on hand for myself and family, and it makes a really great gift, too. I generally don't like using my coffee grinder for anything other than grinding coffee beans, and my little food processor is just too small to do the job efficiently, but the good ol' blender works GREAT! I put in JUST the powdered milk and spices first, and blend the "bejeepers" out of that. The better you can pulverize the spices, the better they will later dissolve in your cup. (One of these days, I will have to buy myself a second coffee grinder just for spices!) THEN I add in everything else and pulse/blend/stir until it's all well mixed. Although this is a fantastic recipe as written, I too have sometimes increased/added/substituted spices as mentioned by others (white pepper and allspice are great; and more than once I've mistakenly doubled both the cloves and cardamom -- love it all!).
