I made this for Thanksgiving & it was an incredible success. No one even touched the other desserts till this was gone! haha. It was a perfect creamy, smooth texture. Very rich, VERY delicious. However, instead of using 4 ounces of cream cheese, I used 6 ounces & upped the sugar by a half cup. & instead of using milk, I used heavy cream. These changes made a much better cheesecake than the first time I used this recipe. To spice up the graham cracker crust I added 1/3 cup of sugar & a tablespoon of cinnamon, plus the already recommended butter. Everything turned out excellent.
