American Lasagna
A keeper for sure. Do use the advice of others on doubling the cheese mixture for I did and it was just enough. Be careful not to make your layers to thick or you will run out of sauce. We like alot of meat-sauce so I will double the sauce the next time. If you don't have any basil at home then just buy can diced tomatoes with basil.

Roasted Vegetables
Well worth the time. I did use the advice of others and I pre-cooked the potatoes and carrotts (for I added carrots) for about 10 minutes before adding the other veggies. I added carrots, mushrooms and zucchini. I did use dry thyme and rosemary for I could not find fresh. I also lined my casserole dish with Reynolds Release non-stick foil, which worked out great for the veggies did not stick and it made for easy clean up.

Classic Macaroni and Cheese
I had been lookin for a recipe like this for a long time. I was having a BBQ for 20 at my house and thought I would give it a try. I did take the advice of others and made a few changes. Double the sharp cheddar cheese and use half of it to layer with. Spray the bottom and sides of your casserole dish with pam for easy clean up. All in all it is worth the time and I was asked by several guest for the recipe.
