Apple Bread

This was a GREAT recipe. We had it as a desert and then breakfast the next morning. I tweaked a few things: I cut the recipe in half. Used 3/4 cup wheat flour, 3/4 cup all purpose flour, 2 egg whites with 1 yolk, I had 2 apples and it made about 2 1/3 cup, used 1/2 cup brown sugar & 1/2 cup white sugar, i also had a few pecans and just added that with the walnuts! baked on 350 in a bread pan for about 45 minutes.. Yum! Thanks for this recipe!

Midwest Brisket

This is a great recipe! I cut holes into the (not fatty side) of the brisket (by sticking a knife in an "X") and stuffed garlic inside. I also added olive oil to the rub marinade. I marinated the brisket for a couple of days (because my husband loves brisket and I wanted to be the best ;)). Served with homemade garlic mashed potatoes and cabbage. DELICIOUS!! The whole family loved it! I also used celery salt and onion salt.
