Angela's Alfredo Ham

OK, I give this two stars because of the bottled alfredo sauce. I will NEVER buy that stuff again, its so gross. I definitley recommend making your own with this recipe. It ruined mine - BLECK!

Chicken Makhani (Indian Butter Chicken)

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2005
Ok I really really really liked the flavor of this. My husband told me when we got married he'd never eat Indian food but thank to this dish he now promises to go with me. I served it with couscous but I think it would be much better with rice. I will make this again. THANKS!

This was so good. I was scared at first of putting whole cranberries in but it came out perfect and is so easy to slice. I didnt put nuts in mine and used lime zest cuz I didnt have oranges. GREAT BREAD!

Chicken Tetrazzini IV

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2005
This was actually really good. I used the wrong sherry and it was way too strong but that was my fault. I made the sauce a couple days before and when we were ready to have it, I just cooked the pasta - added it to the sauce and baked it

Hmm - it was good but I was hoping for a more spicy potatoe salad - I put double the horseradish and no one could tell it was there. Not sure waht the point was. It was good but not what I was looking for - thanks anyway!

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

This was a huge hit at my family function last year. Getting together again this weekend and my niece requested it. Thanks a bunch. PS who cares if it doesnt come out in a ball - throw it in a bowl like a dip - just as good!

Chicken Florentine Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2005
Im writing this for my husband. I havent gotten to try this yet. I made it the night before because I knew Id be home too late the next day to make dinner. All he had to do was top it with the cheese and pop it in the oven. HE LOVED IT. He loves his spinach anyway but he raved about this dish and when he is that happy about his dinner, Im on cloud nine. I cant wait to try it myself! Thanks!
