I omit the crab but do add the shimp - a very quick dinner that can even be made on a weeknight. Family loves it! PS - its also very filling!!

Cantina Pinto Beans

Make this every time I make pinto beans - so easy and cheap!! Make a batch and freeze the rest!! Then Thaw and Reheat when you ready for more!

World's Best Pasta Sauce!

Baked Barbecued Beef

I was disappointed because I thought this was BBQ but the end result was a copy cat version of a sloppy joe recipe on this site. I like that recipe but I was in the mood for BBQ.

Bean Soup

I have NO luck with bean soups in crockpots. I dont know what my deal is - soaked the beans over night and cooked in the crock pot for almost 12 hoours and the beans were still HARD! I give up

Chicken Spaghetti

This was so good!! I used a pound of pasta as we are family of 5 and just added an extra can of mushroom soup. Needs artichoke hearts!! YUM!

Fantastic Black Bean Chili

I actually made a batch of this over a the weekend, put it in the freezer and had it a couple weeks later when I didnt feel like cooking. My husband LOVED it and ate it for lunch the next day.

This was a really good no fuss recipe - however the part of the roast that wasnt in liquid did not cook and was really tough so for dinner I just flipped it over, we ate from what was tender and then I just popped the top back on the crock pot and cooked it for another hours or so. With left overs I made corned beef hash - my husband had never had it and loved it.
