Stuffed Green Peppers I
After reading reviews, I adjusted, I halved 4 red bell peppers ( I don't like green bell peppers), I cooked the rice separately in chicken broth ( would've used beef broth but forgot to buy any), used about 1 1/2-2 cups of rice. I tripled the Worcestershire sauce, used 2 cans drained diced tomatoes with oregano and basil seasoning. Added Italian seasoning. Topped with tomato sauce instead of soup, and mixed more Italian seasoning with it. Topped with cheese during last 5min of baking. Was delicious, and will make again.

Absolutely Fabulous Portobello Mushroom Tortellini
I use baby bella mushrooms, 1 cup cream, 1 cup half and half, and then add parmesan cheese until it's thick enough. I also add sauteed chicken, and steamed sugar snap peas. Me and my husband love this recipe.

Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta
I doubled the sauce, except only used 1/2 teaspoon sugar. Sauteed mushrooms and chicken. Used 4 cheese ravioli. Me and my husband absolutely loved this recipe, and will definitely make again. Would also be good with shrimp, or no meat.
