i changed this recipe to a 'espresso bean chocolate chip cookie', like a yummy breakfast chocolate chip cookie! instead of hot water i used, freshly brewed espresso, and i substituted the nuts for freshly ground espresso beans. awesome. oh and i put them in the oven for 8 minutes instead of 10, this made them more of a soft chocolate chip cookie rather than crunchie which worked out to be perfect timing.
