Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2013
Easiest recipe by far!! I used a 6.5 lb pork butt I got from my local butcher (not tenderloin), added root beer and a coating of bbq sauce (Sweet Baby Rays) and let it cook! I flipped it after about 5 hours of cooking. (Total cook time was 9 hours) Fell off the bone when it was done! I left it sit in a large bowl for about an hour to cool, then I shredded it. I put all of the juice from the cooker in a container and put aside. I then put the shredded pork back in the cooker and added the some (not all) of the leftover juice back in (to keep it from drying out) and put it on low/warm. It was even good without adding bbq sauce.
