Grilled Salmon I
Wonderful! We didn't have time to marinade the fish for the full two hours, but it still turned out great. I didn't use any salt (I forgot) but we didn't miss it at all. This recipe is a keeper!

Best Marinara Sauce Yet
I enjoyed the taste of this sauce and didn't add any sugar, as recommended by other reviewers, simply because I love the acidic tomato flavor and don't really care for a sweeter sauce. I only added 1/4 cup of the white wine and that seemed to be plenty. I don't think I'll go with 6 Tbsp. of olive oil next time. Too much! I will try 3 Tbsp. next time. Very good sauce, though, and I intend to make it again and again!

Greek Pasta Salad I
This recipe was fantastic! Definitely, the salad is best the day after it's made, but it was still quite good after a couple of hours in the refrigerator.. I used about a cup and a half of mushrooms (instead of three cups) and I added a half a can of garbanzo beans. I loved the zing that the red wine vinegar added, so I would not change the vinegar/oil ratio at all. I will make this again and again! Thank you!
