Harvest Rice Dish
I would really like to give this rice a 5 star but I think I am conflicted. I followed the directions to the "tee" and came out with a very wonderfully flavored brown and wild rice. The only problem was that the wild rice did not cook completely. It was very crunchy and I was reading that some other member had the same issue. I also might follow the suggestions of some of you that used the prepackaged wild rice mixes or just using nothing but brown rice. The wild rice, though, gives a very impressive presentation. I would also recommending seasoning the cranberry/almond mixture before adding it to the rice with good old salt and pepper. Really makes a difference. Thanks for the recipe

Chocolate Mint Candies Cookies
The chocolate wafer was delicious and the finally application of the Andes mints was very easy. The only issue I had was the cookie really didn't seem to present well. I tried swirling the Andes mints with both a toothpick and a spoon to see if I could get a better swirl of the green mint through the chocolate. Just felt like I needed a "prettier" cookie for my Christmas cookie gifts.

Honey Mustard Chicken
My family enjoyed this one. I made one change. I sprinkled a little sea salt on the chicken along with the curry, paprika and pepper. I also used boneless, skinless chicken thighs which came out very tender and juicy, and unfortunately, more fatty. I will try breast meat next time.
