Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2005
I kneaded it all by hand and had to add a tablespoon or two of water to be able to work with it. I also subsituted 3 T. of the all purpose flour for soy protein. Great tasting!!

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2005
I actually only used a part of your recipe: the sauce. It turned out very well to serve with mixed stirfried veggies! I used about twice the called for ginger root. Thanks!

Great taste! I could have cooked more potatoes though, the sauce was more than enough flavor for three. Thanks!

Black Bean Chili

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2004
Wonderful! Don't skip on the part where you puree some of the soup, it adds a great texture! I added 2 cloves of garlic, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly and loved it!

Tasted great! I added some black pepper, chilie powder, and garlic. It made MUCH more than I needed, living on my own, I could have quartered the recipe and had plenty.

I really enjoyed this meatloaf. Next time I'll use extra lean beaf, as it came out more greasy than I would have liked.

Tasted great! I don't make hummus often, so it was nice to find a recipe without tahini in it. I added a little black pepper, cayenne pepper, and lemon. Thanks!
