This is a great recipe, I did some additional modifications as I thought that the recipe as is with that much meat would be bland and I'm glad I did. In addition to the 2 cans of cream of mushroom I incorporated a can of celery soup, pearl onions, fingerling potatoes, baby carrots and allowed it cook all day. Then right before serving I made a cornstarch slurry just to thicken the gravy a little. It was fabulous, but still needed a little more flavor. I think next time I'll use the beef broth and a little more salt/pepper.
