Baked Kale Chips
I made these and in addition to olive oil, I tossed the Kale with garlic powder, red chili flakes, black sesame seeds, homemade rosemary sea salt and freshly squeezed lime juice. I baked these on a silicon mat. I burned the first batch but the second batch was amazing!
In the future I hope to experiment with other ingredients such as curry powder, black pepper, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, grated parmesan cheese, etc...
