All Day Apple Butter

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2006
Oh so Yummy, this is the very best,I made two batches with two different apples, and they both came out wonderful. I only used three cup brown sugar, which was my only change, and I did that only for a more richer dark color. 10 stars....

Exactly as Remembered, I made this for my Dad, for Christmas & New Years. It was amazing, the Memories, my dad, said it needed more Rum, even though I add 1/2 cup more Dark Rum. Its was just wonderful and full of Puerto Rican Tradition. 10 Stars, thank for the recipe

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2006
A Buffalonian, born and raised. At the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, New York, the wings are fried to a golden crisp, the sauce is Anchor Bar Original, but here Franks Red Hot Sauce and only butter are the favorite. once the wings are fried, they are placed in a bowl and the sauce is added, and mixed together, by preference I like them saucy. True Buffalo Wings are served with Celery and Carrot sticks with Blue Cheese Dressing, for dipping. This recipe is a great variation, but not totally authentic. 5 Stars
