Grilled Lamb with Brown Sugar Glaze

This was just ok. I liked the caramelized crust but it was a bit too sweet for me. Might be ok as a component in an appetizer or with something savory.

French Onion Soup Gratinee

All I tasted was the red wine and balsamic vinegar. I made it exactly as the recipe stated and even simmered it longer hoping to cook out that odd wine flavor. I think I like the recipes with all beef broth better as well.

Ken Shoe Green Beans

Asian Potato Salad

My new favorite potato salad, however, I do add more Soy sauce and sesame oil. Didn't have dry hot mustard, but powdered wasabi worked out great.

Crab Rangoon I

I made a few with the recipe as is and found them to be bland. I added green onion and wasabi powder to the mix and they were much more interesting. Dip in Mae Ploy (sweet chili sauce) for that added zip.

Grilled Mongolian Pork Chops

I made the marinade only for thick pork loin chops. I dont really see the point of the mustard sauce as this was very flavorful and rich by itself. Keep extra sauce for dipping!

Baby Greens with a Warm Gorgonzola Dressing

I LOVE THIS DRESSING! I didn't have red wine vinegar so used the white wine vinegar on hand. Thanks for posting this, I will make it again and again. Its so simple!

Chili Rubbed Pork Tenderloin With Apricot Ginger Glaze

One of my favorite recipes from this site. When I buy a bulk loin, I cut into chops and coat several with the rub before vacuum sealing and freezing. Then I only have to make the glaze for a quicker dinner. Great for dinner parties! Hint: dont coat with the glaze until almost done to save your grill from the hard to clean sticky mess.
