Chocolate Pecan Pie I
Alright, so I made this the other day because I was really craving some pecan pie, and it was great. Now I'd never made a pecan pie before so this was a first. I didn't have any coffee powder so I omitted it and I added about half a cup of pecans. I also used milk chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet, and it turned out wonderfully. It was very chocolatey and had a rich flavor that was great with some ice cream. Awesome chocolate pecan pie recipe!

Frosted Maple Cookies
Pretty good cookies. They had a really good texture and were really soft. However I kind of felt like they were missing something. I thought they could've used a little more maple extract, but all in all they were good cookies.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread
I've been wanting to try out this recipe for quite some time now. I will admit after reading all the reviews I was somewhat disappointed with it. I mean it was good but it wasn't over the top spectacular. I don't know maybe I was expecting too much. I'll have to make it again sometime. It was flavorful and moist but there was just something missing it seemed. I followed some of the other reviewers tips and mashed the bananas for a full cup. Also added a cup of pecans to the recipe and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
