Squash Casserole I
A great recipe for all the huge squash and zucchini from gardening friend. I removed seeds, steamed squash & zucchini & drained well. I put fresh bread crumbs in with casserole and added panko to the top. Thank you Gaye who submitted. This is great!

Army SOS Creamed Ground Beef
Used browning flour which adds a lot of taste. As other reviewers, I added onion and garlic. Very pleased.

Magnificent Cheesy Brown Rice
This is outstanding as written. I was short of onion, so I added "onion-onion" seasoning which adds garlic flavor also. Hubby loved it too, so next time I'll make more. When I make brown rice I make extra, so it is waiting in the refrigerator for the next time.
