About this Cook
I am a mother of 2, 1 boy and 1 girl. Both are picky eaters! I have been married for 7 years and love to cook for my family and friends.
My favorite things to cook
I love to make chili in the winter. I don't like to make the same recipes over and over. I like picking out new recipes and experimenting on my friends. I am usually good at picking good recipes.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I don't have much of a family because my mother dies when I was only 24. She loved to cook and I didn't really get into it till I was around 26. I love spending the holidays with my childhood friend and her family. They are like my family now!
My cooking triumphs
My friends always discribe me as a great cook so I love that. I guess my most remembered meal was a balsamic glazed pork tenderloin with grilled vegetable over orzo pasta toped with goat cheese. Everyone loved it!
My cooking tragedies
One New Years I made a beef tenderloin and these potatoes and nothing was really terrible but it was not that great either. I think everyone had so much to drink before dinner that they did not notice! Dessert was fabulous though!

Brunch Enchiladas
Great recipe, I used sausage instead of ham. Turned out great and super easy since you can assemble the night before!
