Berdean's Cube Steak

I did tweek this just a bit. I use garlic roasted mushroom soup mixed with water to pour over the meat after browning. I also baked the steak at 325. Gravy over potatoes is amazing!

Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast

I have prepared this several times for my family and I prepare it JUST as the recipe is written with the EXCEPTION I do not add celery. My family does not care for the flavor of celery. This is a favorite and my 9 and 10 year old girls love it. In fact preparing it tomorrow so I can have all my time to can tomato sauce!!! ;)

Bubba's Jambalaya

I love this recipe. The first time I made it I added all ingredients as directed. Because there are just 2 adults and 2 children, I had leftovers (which is a good thing). The ONLY reason I gave it a 4 star is the shrimp became very tough when I warmed it up, which is to be expected. So I am making it again this evening but leaving out the shrimp ;'( and increasing the other meat amounts. I love it leftover so I don't want to decrease the recipe, with shrimp, to fit just the four of us!!

Penne with Chicken and Asparagus

This is a GREAT recipe!!! Fixed just as written and all of the family was in agreement... it is a keeper. IF you are looking for one with sauce, this does not have sauce but the drizzled olive oil and parm. cheese is all you need!!! Happy eating!!

Oh my gosh!! This was amazing. Fixed it just as recipe indicated and served over rice. The ONLY thing I will do differently next time is leave out the shrimp and the ONLY reason is to reduce cost. Otherwise.... will remain just as written!!!!! YUMMO!!!
