Ten Minute Szechuan Chicken

Holy Soy! This was really heavy on the Soy taste and I even reduced the amount by half after reading the reviews. I don't think I'll be making this again any time soon. I thought it was only "okay". But my boyfriend had no problem taking the leftovers for lunch today, so I guess it was a hit with him!

Cheesy Potato Gratin

I think I'd try some of the suggestions here...more potatoes, less (or lower fat!) cream...I love cheese and potatoes, but agree, this was a little oily. I'd make it again with modifications.

Shrimp Scampi Cheesecake Appetizer

I don't quite know what to think. I took the advice of someone else and tried to turn it into a hot dip, but it came out more like a souffle. It was okay, just not what I was expecting. Next time I try to use it as a dip, I'll make it without the eggs. It has potential!

Chicken Jerusalem I

This was pretty good. I have had the recipe for a while but never tried it. Other reviewers were right...next time a little less of the ranch mix and a little less wine (more for me to drink!) but I'd definitely do this again.

Salisbury Steak

This is a kick-butt recipe! Not only is it pretty fast to throw together, it's tasty too! I think it has a shade too much ketchup, but the rest of the family thinks it's fine as is. I guess I'm out voted on this one.

Baklava

I felt like a master chef! It was way easier to make this than I thought it would be, and everyone at work absolutely loved it. I didn't use every last drop of the Honey Syrup...I don't like wet baklava, but outstanding. Totally outstanding.

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

This one was a big hit at my house! I didn't have red wine vinegar, so I used rice vinegar...I don't know if it made a difference or not, but this recipe rocks!

Baked Fish with Shrimp

I thought it was too bland...and I like bland! My boyfriend didn't care for it either and he will eat anything I put in front of him. This was okay, but I probably won't make it again.
