This was great! I halved the recipe because it was just my husband and i. My husband is from Colombia and he loved it! He said the only difference from his mother's is that she puts something red in hers (tomatoes, peppers, who knows?). But we both loved it and had it with our skirt steak and tostones. It wasn't as spicy as you would think. If you enjoy some spiciness, you will love this sauce!

Jalapeno and Cucumber Margarita

These were amazing! I quadrupled the recipe for a party and EVERYONE loved them and wanted the recipe. Some people even went as far as to say it was the best drink they have ever had. ... I didn't add the orange liquor and used a little less of the agave nectar than called for. I can't wait to make these again!

Awesome Egg Salad with a Kick

Wowwwwww...... i just finished gobbling this up. Now, my mom makes an amazing egg salad, but i am sad to say this tops it. It took like 5 minutes to make (i buy the eggs already boiled and peeled), it is very low carb, and SOOOOOO satisfying! If you like deviled eggs and horseradish, you will LOVE this. The creaminess and consistency was perfect! I followed the recipe exactly, except i used white pepper and added fresh dill. I also used full fat mayo and sour cream. Thank you so much for this recipe! It's making my low carb diet so much more enjoyable!!!!

Chef John's Chimichurri Sauce

Wow, this was perfect. I always make chimichurri and usually just eyeball ingredients, taste, and add as needed. I followed this recipe almost exactly ,i tasted it and it was perfect! I didnt have to add anything! I only had 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar and didnt have fresh oregano so I used about a few shakes of dried oregano. It was such a perfect balance of flavors. This will be my go to chimi recipe from now on!

Baked Kale Chips

This recipe is perfect. I use a really good olive oil and himalayan salt.....delicious and healthy. You can add any seasonings you like to meet your needs. Ive used fresh lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, cayenne pepper.....just about everything!
