Pumpkin Fluff Dip

Quickly becoming a favorite! Yes, as others have said, watch your ingredient sizes (5 oz pudding). I made it with long-necked squash roasted in the oven then run thru the blender. I used low fat whipped topping and sugar free pudding for a reduced calorie recipe. Also tried butterscotch pudding which was a hit.

Creamy Rice Pudding

I made this for my family with some leftover rice and they loved it. I made it again and added another egg to make it more custardy. My wife said "Bookmark that one!"

San Francisco Sourdough Bread

I've made a number of sourdough bread recipe. This is one I will use often because it is not labor intensive and the flavor is mild. JT's idea of sesame seeds is great. I made it in two loaf pans and it makes great toast or sandwich bread. Crispy crust & soft crumb. Not as chewy as other sourdough.
