About this Cook
I am a married mother of three boys who works part time nights an RN.
My favorite things to cook
I love to make deserts! I also love healthy, easy meals that my boys will eat (very difficult to please)! I am best, though, at traditional home cooked meals, mostly including mashed potatoes!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Sunday Dinner is by far the winner. I love that my family sits down together for a home cooked meal! I hope my boys will continue to come home once in a while when they are older!
My cooking triumphs
Orange chocolate souffle', Baked Alaska, Turkey, stuffing and mashed potatoes. Chicken soup. Roast Beef. Glazed Carrots.
My cooking tragedies
Chocolate chip cookies from scratch, They always come out unbelievably FLAT!

Creamy Cinnamon Rice Pudding
Great flavor, but mine also did not thicken. I added some corn starch mixed with a little milk just to keep from having rice soup for desert. It worked out pretty well anyways and like I said the flavor was delicious!

Herb Roasted Pork
his recipe was awesome! My family (including three picky boys) LOVED it! The only change I made was using apple cider vinegar. It came out great! Thanks for sharing!
