Spicy Honey Mustard Pork Roast

Absolutely delicious - added water in pan as suggested by others and cooked 1 1/2 hour covered; 1 1/2 hour uncovered - my oven ususally takes longer - definitely a keeper!

Company Couscous

Easy and delicious - you can't go wrong - served when the guys were having "head on" trout and the girls were having chicken and went great with both. Loved it!

Artichoke Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2007
Ohmigod - died and went to heaven. The only downside was the calorie count but every once in a while... I did brown the chicken first to give it colour but that's the only change I made. Try this - you won't be disappointed

Salmon with Tomatoes

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2007
OHMIGOD!!! If I could give this 10 I would. It was so good - actually kind of rich - not sure why - but a wonderful alternative to grilled fillets. Hubby took leftovers for lunch the next day and he said it was even better reheated. A keeper for sure!

Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2007
Exactly as everyone said earlier - a delicious dish. Served it for company and got rave reviews. Seconds were requested by a few - one even had seconds on just the past and sauce. One thing though - I goofed and left the dry Italian dressing in my grocery cart - I panicked when I realized and quickly replaced it with dry Onion Soup Mix packet. Was a little worried about the salt factor but it turned out PERFECT - so another option if you don't have the dressing on hand. Will definitely make again.

This is the best chili ever - served it at Superbowl and all I heard was raves! So I've found my new "traditional" Superbowl Chili - thanks so much!

Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2007
We loved this recipe and it was so easy. Had lots of sauce left so planning to use for salmon dinner later in week. Served with lemon dill rice from this site which was a perfect compliment.

Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2007
We loved this although I did make changes - I added light hellman's to the dijon so it was like a dijonnaise. Also cooked for 20 minutes as salmon pieces were thick. It was so good - I think, though, next time I'll just use the dijon to see which one we like better. Very fast and easy too.

Green Salad with Cranberry Vinaigrette

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2007
This was so delicious! I added sugar to the dressing as was suggested by others and used the dried craisins instead of fresh cranberries; also tossed some extra craisins in the salad for added colour. Everyone wanted seconds - and so pretty at Christmas time.

We thought this was delicious - and easy. Very impressive for guests as well. I served to salmon enthusiasts and they loved it. Not sure why the others didn't like it....

Honey Mustard BBQ Pork Chops

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2006
There's a first time for everything. This is first receipe I've used from this site that we didn't care for at all. Only marinated for 1 1/2 hours instead of 2 but can't imagine that would make that much difference. Definitely won't do again - but there's tons of others I've still yet to try.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Another perfect recipe - I agree to keep the sauce ingredients as is cuz the extra is perfect on your side vegetable - I used spinach as suggested in another review and it worked great - hubby loved it.

Baked Brie with Pesto and Pine Nuts

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2006
This was so easy and was delicious - I used pesto sauce instead of the seasoning - spread over brie and topped with pine nuts then baked - also used 16 oz brie instead of 8 - good thing - the six of us were scraping the bottom of the dish. Thanks!
