Homesteader Cornbread
This turned out nice. It is dense but good and has a great crust. I only used 3 TBSP of sugar. I also added a bunch of fresh chopped sage and chives. I was thinking of using it for stuffing. It would make a nice herbed bread with dinner though with a nice flavoured herb butter (maybe a little dill in the butter)
