Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

I let the chicken cook on high for 4 hrs and let it sit in the warm setting for about 4 hours. It was super tender and everyone liked it. I will make this again for sure when I have frozen chicken I don't want to thaw out!

Shortbread Meltaways

these cookies are wonderful tender and not to sweet. I added 1/2 tsp of kosher salt also. will be adding these to my list of Christmas cookies. i can't wait to make some tea and try some more of them.

Fluffy Pancakes

These pancakes were wonderful. They live up to their name very fluffy and very yummy. In place of shortening(gross) I used melted unsalted butter and made a blueberry topping. will be adding this recipe to my collection!!

this was really good. i made some adjustments. when i cooked the onion i added the herbs and spices to bring out the flavor. My DH wouldn't shut up about how good this was!!

Simple Mexican Rice

don't let it sit to long it'll turn gummy. add salt to flavor it. overall my DH liked it and he normally hates mexican rice.

Chai Tea Mix

Very Good. There is residue at the bottom but I even had some from the store bought ones so I don't mind it so much. this makes alot and i am glad since the cardamom and vanilla creamer are pricey. I plan on making some as gifts for friends. thanks for the recipe :D

Creme Filling I

I let my stand mixer go at this filling for almost an hour and the sugar didn't dissolve. Although the taste isn't bad the grittiness is a downside for me. I was hoping a better outcome. I will keep looking for a better creme filling recipe.
