Sweet and Sour Chicken I
Delicious!!! I love the batter on the chicken, and we added the pineapple to the sauce, along with some red and green peppers, naturally turned the sauce orange, and pureed it all!!! It is delicious!~!!!

Knoepfla Soup
At first the dumplings threw me off (I have never made ANY before!), but, they turned out delicious!! Instead of two cans of cream of chic i used one of chic and one of celery. I also added a couple stalks of celery, 2 carrots, half a green pepper, and some boiled then shredded chicken, oh, and some garlic(3cloves)! Simmered for two hours. It was DELICIOUS!! Even the kids had seconds!! I will definetly be making this soup again!!

Bill's Sausage Gravy
I adapted this recipe a little. I used chicken(which i had boiled and shredded the night before for another recipe and had some left over.) and added chopped green pepper and onion. It was delicious! A wonderful white gravy starter that can be adapted for any occasion!!
