Chicken Makhani (Indian Butter Chicken)
This stuff is a great please-everyone meal. Just like restaurant Indian, and easy to adjust the flavours. My very non-adventurous parents even loved it. I skip the thickening part, use chicken breasts, olive oil, a mix of jarred garlic and ginger, and serve with pita bread when we can't find naan.
