Butternut Squash Soup

I used vegetable broth (my daughter is vegetarian) and only one pkg of cream cheese and this was a huge hit. There were no leftovers which is a shame since I wanted it again the next day. Excellent.

Southwestern Chicken Pitas with Chipotle Sauce

I like fast and easy and good. This filled them all. I too added olive oil to the rub and used as a marinade then cooked the chicken on the grill. The sauce was great, everyone loved it and I made it as written. My husband not only had seconds but was making sure I made enough for his lunch the next day.

Ginny's Cheezy Macaroni

Awesome my husband loves this reminds him of his grandmothers, who made the best. I use low fat cheese and skim milk and it is wonderful and easy.

Slow Cooker Venison Roast

Chicken or Turkey Tetrazzini Deluxe

Everyone loved it. Made it a couple of hours ahead of time and put it in the fridge. When I came home in between the kids' athletic events to change, I threw it oven for about 45 min. A real keeper. Thanks

New Orleans Burgers

Made this exactly as it says and it is a winner in our family. My son said that this was his new favorite burger and had 2 of them. Not all of us had onion rolls, and they were just as good with plain ones.
