Pork Chops with Dijon-Dill Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2006
Good recipe when you are tired of another grilled chop. The sauce on the side was a nice and different taste. I also dipped my steamed brocolli in it. Made half of the pork chops with Emeril's Original Essence instead of the chicken boullion. Really tasty both ways.

Sherry's Wild West Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2006
Very good recipe. Nice change of pace. We added some crushed up tortilla chips at the table that added a nice crunch. Definately need to have the cheese and avocado with it. Will make again.

Pasta with Vietnamese Pesto

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2005
I was disappointed with the flavor of the pesto. I was hoping for a really asian taste, but it just tasted like peanuty pesto to me. The noodles ended up kind of mushy, too. If you do make this be careful not to add too much water to the pan when you cook them on the stove. I love vietnamese noodles in restaurants, but this didn't even come close for me.

Curried Chicken with Mango Rice

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2005
This recipe didn't do anything for us. The rice ended up very starchy and the taste was overwhelmed by the chicken broth. I won't be making this again.

a Leekie Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2004
We found this soup to be easy to make but on the boring side. OK if you are looking for something heathy, but I wouldn't call it comfort food.

Hot Bruschetta Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2004
This was a really great recipe. I added salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar to the tomatoe mixture and also used more basil than it called for. I will definately make this again!
