Broccoli and Cheese Brunch Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2005
Very, very good! Like others suggested, I cooked about 5 minutes longer than listed. This is one of those dangerous recipes that you'll eat too much of. YUM!

Hearty Meatball Sandwich

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2005
I altered a few ingredients to fit what I had on hand and did add an egg as others suggested. Left as loaf and sliced, LOVE the concept. It was sooooo delicious. Next time I'll try with ground turkey for a healthier option. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Tortilla Rollups IV

Huge hit at the oyster roast I took it too. Thanks for such a great recipe! Made recipe exactly as listed, though I did zap tortillas in microwave to make easier to work with. Yum!

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2005
Yum! These were tasty. I enjoy a good, juicy burger and this is healthy to boot! I added Worcestershire sauce as others suggested. Makes a lot so I froze half the mixture for another meal.

Easy Ice Cream Cake

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2005
I used 19 bars total but it didn't fill pan all the way to edges. Doesn't really matter because I followed recipe exactly and this dessert was delicious. My whole family agreed and even my nephew, who doesn't like chocolate, LOVED this dessert. Thank you so much for sharing!!!

Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2005
I added MAYBE 1 tbsp of the broth to the mashed potatoes before letting it finish in crock pot. Perfect consistency. As others have mentioned, the potatoes do thin out a bit while cooking so add broth at end of cook time if at all. Very delicious potatoes!

Fried Chicken with Creamy Gravy

This recipe was so messy but so worth it. Added more spices but other than that, followed recipe to a T. Chicken AND gravy to die for!!!

Grilled Sausage with Potatoes and Green Beans

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2005
I didn't try recipe as is, but this is a five star concept. I use mild italian sausage instead, a slew of veggies, typically double salt and bake at 400 for 45 minutes (uncovered last 10). Next time I make this I'll steam green beans for about 10 minutes then put together.

Honey Garlic Ribs

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2005
I add a pinch more salt and some cornstarch at the end so the sauce really coats the ribs. It's so good and the ribs are super tender.

Chicken Scampi II

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2005
I was making twice as much chicken so I doubled everything except the butter and olive oil. I added 1 cup total of chicken broth and followed directions pretty much to a T. I added a bit of cornstarch at the end to thicken sauce which we ate over rice. For lunch I ate leftovers over fettucine. This was not only delicious but FAST and easy. My kind of recipe!!

Green Bean Bundles II

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2005
I use fresh green beans. Marinate them overnight in dressing, then steam/simmer for about 10 - 15 minutes and cook as directed. I love these green beans!! Fancy and so tasty.

Quick and Easy Chicken Spaghetti

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2005
Everyone seemed to really like this recipe. I reduced the cheese as other reviewers recommended. If I make again, I'll reduce the cheese a bit more, maybe substituting some of the processed cheese for a different kind of cheese.

It was a very pretty dish. If I liked peppers I may have liked this dish more. Not a bad flavor by any means, just not my preference.

Husband's Delight

With changes this is definitely five stars! I too added a small can of tomato sauce to meat and cooked diced tomatoes with mixture. I layered as someone had suggested: pasta first, then meat mixture, cheese on top. It was sooooo good! YUM!

Best Spinach Dip Ever

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2004
I often make this recipe and just throw in a bowl. The water chestnuts give it an extra nice crunch, but the flavor isn't adversely affected if you don't have any on hand. Easy and tasty, my favorite kind of recipe!
