I recommend using bread crumbs instead of the oats, it gives it a more meatloafy flavor. As one person put it, the oats make it taste like a meat cookie lol. You can use a muffin pan to cook these, too, it keeps them even in size and round.

Classic Thanksgiving Dressing With Parsley, Sage and Thyme
Wow making your own bread crumbs from the crusty bread really brings this dressing past ordinary. I did have to substitute celery flakes for the fresh celery but honestly it worked great and It's moist and flavorful. It compliments the thanksgiving meal with its simple savory taste, and doesn't overpower the turkey like some meat based dressings can. This will be on my menu for the rest of my life.

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
This came out beautifully and it was quite easy to do! It has the classic taste of pumpkin pie but the cheesecake gives it a little elegance. Wow....this Is going to be a thing on my menu every thanksgiving from now on!
