Summerly Squash
Yum! Sliced the onions extra thin to get more juice out of them and omitted the salt. This dish still had PLENTY of flavor! Maybe a bit much squash; I used one medium squash and one medium zucchini and it seemed to be the perfect mix. If I make it again, I'll probably add a pinch of minced garlic to it as well.

Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce
Delicious. I used HEAVENSNT86's suggestion of baking at 400F for 10 minutes on each side, then 2 minute broil. Not as crispy as I like my falafel. I'll definitely have to try frying it. Still, really good, and my normally picky parents both loved it.

Chili Seasoning Mix I
Really good. Used this for the Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili recipe. Substituted red pepper - like the kind they set out at pizza joints - for the cayenne, and ignored the seasoned pepper, figured that substitution would make it spicy enough. It was great!
