Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Delicious, moist pumpkin bread! Used a little less than 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice in place of the spices. used 2 8 cup loaf pans and baked for 1hr 10mins. Perfect recipe!

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

easy and delicious! i used 1/2 c mayo, 1/2 c romano cheese, dash of garlic powder in place of garlic salt. i also used 8 oz of mozzarella and mixed some into the dip and sprinkled the rest over the top. i used a small square glass pan and it took about 40 mins for the cheese to brown on top. served with crackers. very tasty!

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

Followed the recipe exactly. i baked for about 15-16 minutes on parchment lined cookie sheets. cookies were very soft, more like cake than cookies. it was a little too much clove flavor for my taste. next time would cut back on the cloves to 1/4 tsp, otherwise a very good recipe! icing was also delicious, but i needed to add more milk to get it thin enough to drizzle over cookies.
