Valerie's Fruit Dip

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2005
I've made this a ton of times and it always goes so fast. Everyone loves it and says they can eat it without any fruit! This is so much better than the dips with marshmallow fluff! Followed other's suggestions and beat cream cheese and milk first. Awesome dip!

Cheesy Italian Tortellini

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2005
This was really good! Didn't use the sausage and doubled the beef, but I think it would've been better with less beef. Otherwise it was great and was a hit with the whole family!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2005
Love this! Started too late for slow cooker though so simmered it on the stove for an hour, then added chicken and simmered it for another 1/2 hour or so. The kids loved it with cheese on top! My husband and I ate it with cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips! Next time I'll do it in the slow cooker!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2005
A friend recommended this to me and it was SOOOOO delicious!! I cant rave enough about it and I'm not a huge fish person! My kids even ate it! I used fresh grated parmesan and it gave the fish a crusty cheesy outer layer. This will be a regular for us!

Make Ahead French Toast

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2004
I loved this! I altered it a little after reading reviews. I cut out all the milk and used fat free for the cup of half-and-half. I only had "lite" bread and no pecans. It was so yummy and not too gooey inside. The only thing I'll change next time is I'll use less brown sugar as it was a little too sweet and I'll use thicker bread just to try it. Oh! And I also did not let it sit overnight, just for 10 minutes actually and it was fine!
